Qualifications

• At least two years of acute care RN experience in a stepdown unit is required.
• Ventilator experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations of the Pulmonary Stepdown Unit.
• Establish short- and long-term goals for the unit.
• Manage and evaluate staff performance.
• Lead nightly huddles and support clinical decision-making.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services.
• Regularly assess unit operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance quality and performance.
• Partner with the Patient Care Director for mentorship and guidance.
