Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations of the Pulmonary Stepdown Unit.
• Lead nightly huddles and support clinical decision-making.
• Coordinate services with interdisciplinary teams and manage staff performance.
• Establish short- and long-term goals for the unit and monitor patient flow and throughput.
