NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY is seeking a Clinical Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager for 5West Pulmonary Stepdown - Evenings to oversee nightly operations and lead a multidisciplinary team. You will partner with the Patient Care Director, set unit goals, mentor staff, coordinate patient flow, and drive quality and performance initiatives while ensuring safe, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Two years of acute care RN experience in a stepdown unit (vent experience preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
• BCLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nightly operations of the Pulmonary Stepdown Unit and ensure delivery of high-quality care.
• Lead nightly huddles and support clinical decision-making with interdisciplinary teams.
• Set short- and long-term unit goals and evaluate staff performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and throughput and drive quality initiatives.
