Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current State of Illinois RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certificate.
• Analytic ability (conceptual and quantitative).
• Oral, listening and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinically competent, evidence-based care for an assigned group of patients.
• Coordinate diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance the plan of care.
• Participate in hand-offs at bedside and unit operations.
