Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) seeks a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — NP or PA — for 100% outpatient care in Sylvania, OH. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up across Pulmonary & Sleep services with a Monday–Friday day schedule.

The candidate should hold an MSN/DNP for NP or a Master's for PA, with an unrestricted license, AHA certifications, and a commitment to CME and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up across Pulmonary & Sleep services.
• Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
