Job summary

ProMedica Central Physicians seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for 100% outpatient pulmonary and sleep care in Sylvania, OH. You will work a Monday–Friday day shift, with limited weekends, holidays, or call obligations, in a collaborative team of physicians and APPs.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across services. The ideal candidate holds MSN or DNP for NP, or a Master’s for PA, with an active medical license in the state, and AHA

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP required for NP applicants; Master’s for PA applicants.
• Current and unrestricted medical license in state of practice.
• AHA certifications applicable to role (BLS/ACLS/PALS).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care across Pulmonary & Sleep services.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients.
• Work independently and with physicians and APPs as part of a care team.
