ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) seeks a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — NP or PA — for 100% outpatient care in Sylvania, OH. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up across Pulmonary & Sleep services with a Monday–Friday day schedule.

The candidate should hold an MSN/DNP for NP or a Master's for PA, with an unrestricted license, AHA certifications, and a commitment to CME and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

Job Summary

Location: ProMedica Health and Wellness Center Department: Pulmonary Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America). ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) — to join our healthcare team in Sylvania, OH. 100% outpatient care Monday - Friday day shift schedule - limited to no weekend, holiday, or call obligations. Work with a team of 16 Physicians and 6 APPs. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Pulmonary & Sleep services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
