Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Downtown Medical Group’s Sleep and Respiratory Suite in Billings. The RN will provide outpatient care, triage, and care coordination under physician supervision, following established protocols.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, administering medications, patient education, and documentation in EMR. Requires RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year clinic or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current/valid RN license from the state licensing board is required.
• BLS or ACLS is required.
• One (1) year related clinic or acute hospital nursing experience is required.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care following established standards and procedures.
• Obtain patient consent and document confidentiality.
• Collect health history, vital signs, and assess health risk factors.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment progress with physician consultation as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health status and disease management.
• Document data using medical records and digital systems.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team to improve care and outcomes.
• Track quality assurance data for acute and chronic care management.
