Job summary

Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville, part of The McGuire Group, is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate pulmonary-focused care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, pulmonary, respiratory, or subacute experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program
• Coordinate individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary and respiratory needs
• Monitor residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents
• Provide staff education on pulmonary care and clinical best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives
