Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN) to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate pulmonary-focused care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs.

Qualifications
- Active New York State RN license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program.
- Coordinate individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary and respiratory needs.
- Monitor residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents.
- Provide staff education on pulmonary care and clinical best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
