Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Experience in pulmonary, respiratory, or subacute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program.
• Coordinate individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary/respiratory needs.
• Monitor residents with respiratory conditions and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents.
• Provide staff education on pulmonary care and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.

Harris Hill Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate pulmonary-focused care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
