Qualifications

• Experience reviewing electronic health records for research eligibility.

• Proven ability to recruit patients and pre-screen/triage participants for multiple studies.
• Coordinate and support study visits, including informed consent and questionnaires.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple studies and shifting priorities.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient volumes and study timelines.
• Self-directed, independent work style with accountability.
• Problem-solving mindset for logistical/operational challenges in research.
• Ability to digest complex protocols and apply them to daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review EHRs and clinic schedules to identify eligible patients.
• Pre-screen and triage potential participants for multiple studies.
• Coordinate and run study visits, including informed consent and questionnaires.
• Schedule research visits and follow-ups aligning with study timelines.
• Maintain ongoing patient communication and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with principal investigators and study staff for recruitment and execution.
