Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical research experience including trials and operations.
• Experience performing chart reviews to determine eligibility.
• Proficiency in accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to clinical research and pulmonary care.
• Experience performing vital signs and EKGs in a clinical or research setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, pre-screen, and enroll patients into pulmonary and sleep medicine studies.
• Screen patients for eligibility via chart review and protocol criteria.
• Obtain informed consent per protocol and ethics guidelines.
• Perform vital signs and EKGs with accurate documentation.
• Support blood draws under supervision and contribute to specimen collection.
• Enter and maintain study data in electronic systems with accuracy.
• Collaborate with coordinators to manage 50+ active studies.
• Assist with scheduling visits, preparing materials, and logistics.
• Adapt to high-volume environment and learn study protocols independently.
• Contribute to industry, federal, and registry studies following protocol requirements.
