Job summary

The Hermitage Healthcare in Worcester is seeking a Pulmonary Program Coordinator to lead our respiratory care services. You will develop, implement and monitor programs to ensure safe, high‑quality care for residents.

You will coordinate physician orders, oversee compliance with state and federal regulations, evaluate key performance indicators, and guide staff through screening, treatment, discharge and documentation.

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted license in the respiratory therapy discipline.
• Educational requirements for licensure must be met.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs respiratory care services per laws and regulations.
• Coordinates execution of respiratory care per physician orders and professional standards.
• Monitors and reports facility respiratory KPI outcomes for action as needed.
• Leads processes for screening, evaluation, treatment, discharge and documentation.
• Ensures proper documentation, billing and coding for residents' respiratory care.
