• Complete pulmonary assessments and evaluations for residents enrolled in the pulmonary program.
• Monitor respiratory status and identify changes in condition requiring intervention.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized pulmonary care plans.
• Coordinate respiratory interventions.
• Serve as a primary pulmonary resource and communication leader for the facility.
• Provide ongoing education, coaching, and support to nursing staff, therapy staff, and respiratory personnel.
