Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Beacon in Beacon, NY is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN) to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate pulmonary-focused care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs.

Qualifications

Active New York State RN license.
Experience in skilled nursing or pulmonary care.
Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Pulmonary Program operations.
Develop individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary conditions.
Monitor residents with respiratory conditions.
Coordinate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Provide staff education on pulmonary care and clinical best practices.
Ensure regulatory compliance and standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
