Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN) to oversee and coordinate the Pulmonary Program. The role provides clinical leadership, coordinates pulmonary-focused care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory needs.

Located in the Catskill Mountains, the center is part of The McGuire Group, a recognized leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation across New York State.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, pulmonary, or subacute care preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program.
• Coordinate individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary needs.
• Monitor residents with respiratory conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents.
• Provide staff education on pulmonary care and clinical best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
