Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is hiring a Patient Services Specialist for Pulmonary in SW Beaverton. This full-time (Registration) role is hybrid/remote after training, supporting the Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine West Clinic.

You will assist with patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance data, and EMR updates, delivering high-value, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical front office work and EPIC experience, with strong customer service and multitasking

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in medical front office preferred.
• Minimum one year of EMR EPIC experience required.
• Experience in insurance, referrals, and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out new/established patients.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments per office protocols.
• Obtain and enter insurance information.
• Answer phones on a multi-line system.
• Update registration and EMR records as needed.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
