Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-registers/registers patients with accurate demographics and financial data.
• Collects patient balances, co-payments, and other payment types.
• Verifies insurance coverage and obtains prior authorizations/referrals as appropriate before arrival.
• Responds to customer inquiries and supports departmental needs.
• Manages daily appointment schedules and reminders; handles referrals.
