Job summary

University Hospitals Streetsboro Pulmonary is seeking a Practice Lead to oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with UHMSO policies. You will set priorities, assign work, and coordinate coverage, while training staff and maintaining strong patient relations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience with billing and reimbursement processes, and knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow up.
• Computer literacy with word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of third party reimbursement requirements.
