Job summary

Kingman Pulmonary Associates is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and advanced practice providers in a busy pulmonary program in northwest Arizona. The role involves assisting the care team in an outpatient setting with a 4x10 schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, BLS certification, and either an accredited MA program or recognized MA certification.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required.
• Must meet one of three criteria: accredited MA program OR MA certification (CCMA/RMA/AAMA/NCMA/CMAC) OR armed forces medical services training.
• Able to distinguish colors, lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk 90% of day.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office settings.
• Work within a multidisciplinary patient care team to provide excellent patient care.
• Support a full-time, 4x10 schedule.
