The Pulmonary Function Technologist at Carle Health conducts a full range of pulmonary function tests using multiple modalities and educates patients on procedures for optimal results. You will document accurately in the EPIC system and support related respiratory care services.

Formación

• College diploma in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Licensure: Illinois RCP, BLS, NBRC RPFT/CPFT within 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Completes a full range of pulmonary function testing; administers respiratory care modalities and monitors effects of therapy.
• Performs accurate documentation.
• Prepares patient for transportation and transport.
