Responsibilities

• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, explains procedures to patients and families.
• Performs approved therapeutic or diagnostic procedures and documents results.
• Performs airway management and life-support procedures per ACLS standards.
• Inserts/manages catheters and other devices under credentialing and physician direction.
• Collaborates with the care team in developing and updating treatment plans.
