Responsibilities

• Recruits, mentors, coaches, and evaluates nursing staff.
• Develops and reconciles departmental budget and finances.
• Maintains and updates SOPs and policies.
• Coordinates educational and performance improvement activities.
• Monitors clinical performance and supports competency development.
• Produces reports on orientation and staff evaluation.
