Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to ensure orientation, competency assessment, and intervention programs for nursing staff. You will collaborate with Nursing, Medical and Quality leaders to drive educational and operational improvements in clinical care delivery.

The role requires a NY RN license and a BSN, with 5 years of related experience; Masters and specialty certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
• Masters in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• New York State RN license with current registration required.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations within the program and improve processes/outcomes.
• Recruit, orient, train, coach, mentor, discipline and evaluate staff.
• Develop and manage departmental budget with financial oversight.
• Plan and maintain departmental SOPs and policies.
• Coordinate educational and performance improvement activities.
• Design action plans to support clinical performance and competency.
