Job summary

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Experience with manufacturing equipment is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds during shift.
• Attention to detail for visual inspections and quality.
• Able to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Mill Room's pugmill and brick machine.
• Configure product tooling and oversee pugmill changeovers.
• Perform routine product quality checks throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with coworkers and maintenance personnel during downtime or troubleshooting events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
