Job summary

Tyndale is seeking a Product Coordinator in the United States to keep a diverse portfolio of publishing projects on track, across sales, licensing, trade, and reprints. You will coordinate production timelines, maintain accurate product information, and ensure files meet requirements for on-time release at each bound book date.

The role requires strong communication, detail‑oriented and adaptive skills as priorities shift daily.

Qualifications

• College education preferred.
• Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules for an assigned portfolio and keep projects on track to their bound book dates (BBDs).
• Build cross‑department timelines and workflows, monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks across departments.
• Manage file preparation and approvals and maintain accurate, current product information so production files meet requirements and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product, scheduling, and process questions across departments.
• Cultivate strong working relationships across departments to support coordination and communication.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that increase clarity and efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
