Responsibilities

• Maintain and update contract, payment, author, payee, and vendor information across systems.
• Assist with data cleanup, reconciliation, and special projects to improve accuracy.
• Review data, update schedules, and help ensure information is correct before payments are released.
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracts Operations, Royalty Accounting, Managing Editorial, and Audio teams to support day-to-day needs.
• Identify and resolve basic data issues such as duplicates or missing information across systems.
• Assess workflows and suggest automation to improve efficiency.
