Responsibilities

• Course Publishing Support & Consultation: Serve as a strategic advisor for on-demand publishing modalities, ensuring compliance, learner experience, and reporting standards. Support publishing processes, compliance checklists, and strategy alignment. Collaborate with design and learning teams to update governance and QA standards, ensuring adherence to the Microsoft Required Learning Policy. Coordinate with ESPO for publishing logistics, testing, and ID management. Support Content Management by maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, and managing content lifecycle activities. Assist in audience targeting for programs like Preventing Workplace Harassment.
• Stakeholder Management & Governance: Advise on publishing intake processes, support the establishment of a Center of Excellence for publishing, and drive process improvements. Participate in governance discussions to maintain policy consistency across programs. Support change management initiatives, including course depreciation and AI utilization efforts.
