Job Summary

Publishing PM

1. Course Publishing Support & Consultation: Serve as a strategic advisor to program teams for on-demand (non-ILT) publishing modalities, ensuring compliance, learner experience, and reporting standards.
   • Support publishing processes, compliance checklists, and targeting strategies.
   • Assist GLS in navigating publishing complexities and prevent misalignments.
   • Recommend governance updates and QA standards in collaboration with design and learning teams.
   • Ensure adherence to the Microsoft Required Learning Policy.
   • Coordinate with ESPO for publishing logistics, SFIDs, LPIDs, and testing.
   • Support LAC Product Management by driving COE publishing standards, compliance, security, and maintaining documentation.
   • Support Content Management by ensuring quality standards, conducting audits, and managing content lifecycle activities.
   • Provide audience targeting support for the Preventing Workplace Harassment program.
2. Publishing Ecosystem Stakeholder Management and Governance:
   • Advise on GLD's publishing intake process.
   • Support GLS Operations in establishing a Center of Excellence for publishing and learning path creation.
   • Drive process optimization for intake, governance, and compliance.
   • Participate in governance discussions to maintain policy and quality standards across programs.
   • Assist change management efforts related to content depreciation and AI utilization.
