Job summary

You will build a pipeline of premium publishers, educate editorial teams on commerce content, close contracts, and leverage Salesforce dashboards to hit quarterly targets while collaborating with the Skimlinks-Connexity network. This role is hybrid, with in-office days in Santa Monica.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in account management and new business acquisition with a track record in a structured sales environment.
• Solid understanding of advertising, affiliate, paid search, or media industries.
• Knowledge of CPC/CPA metrics and related KPIs.
• Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and account management skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and acquire new premium content publishers across the US.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Publisher clients leveraging Skimlinks and Connexity services.
• Build a pipeline of the largest premium content publishers in the US.
• Upsell publishers on internal growth tools to increase revenue.
• Negotiate and close new contracts with content publishers.
• Educate editorial teams on creating the best commerce content to drive revenue.
• Utilize dashboards to monitor progress against targets and reach them.
• Conduct quarterly QBRs for top Publishers.
• Analyze publisher performance and provide growth recommendations.
