Job summary

Connexity, a Taboola company, is seeking a Manager, Publisher Partnerships in the US, based in LA or NY. The role focuses on acquiring premium content publishers and owning a portfolio that leverages Skimlinks-Connexity services to maximize revenue.

You will build a strong US publisher pipeline, negotiate contracts, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale partnerships and meet targets. This hybrid role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of account management and new business acquisition experience.
• Solid understanding of advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry.
• Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and relationship building.
• Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and acquire new premium content publishers across the US market.
• Own and develop a portfolio of Publisher clients to maximize usage of Skimlinks and Connexity services.
• Build a pipeline of the largest premium content publishers in the US.
• Upsell within your portfolio to increase revenue.
• Negotiate and close new contracts with content publishers.
• Educate editorials teams on creating best commerce content.
• Evangelize Publisher benefits from Skimlinks-Connexity partnership.
• Use dashboards to track progress toward targets and plan accordingly.
• Conduct quarterly QBRs for top Publishers.
• Analyze performance data and benchmark against competitors.
• Compile and analyze Publisher reports related to merchant activity.
• Collaborate with Operations for seamless implementation.
• Maintain network quality standards and Merchant transparency.
• Represent Skimlinks-Connexity at conferences and events.
