Job summary

Koah is hiring a Business Development Representative, Publisher Growth to open conversations that bring the best AI apps onto the network. You'll be the first touch for the founders and product leaders deciding how their AI product makes money.

You'll sit on our Publisher Growth team, working alongside the senior salespeople who close the accounts you open. Join the Publisher Growth team to help break into AI products and digital publishers, and to build the pipeline that fuels Koah's growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in SDR/BDR or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience running multi-channel, high-volume outbound.
• Strong short-form writing ability for outreach.
• Relentlessly organized with many conversations in flight.
• Curious, coachable, and able to learn fast in a technical, early-stage environment.
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume, personalized outbound via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Break into fast-growing AI products, developer platforms, and digital publishers.
• Research target accounts to identify the right contact and business case.
• Write outreach with specific insights, not templates.
• Book high-quality meetings and hand off smoothly to Publisher Growth leads.
• Test targeting and messaging, feeding learnings back to marketing and product.
