Lockwood is seeking a Project Manager to assist in managing all aspects of publications projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. You will interface with multiple departments, maintain client relationships, and ensure programs stay on target, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strong financial management skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment is required.
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Maintain timely, professional written and verbal communications with clients and faculty members.
• Ensure client expectations are met on all levels of program activity.
• Develop new project budgets and manage budgeting, monitoring, and reconciliation.
