Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in publications.
• Strong ability to grasp scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with publication management platforms (iEnvision/Datavision, PubStrat).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and faculty.
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring and reconciliation.
• Schedule start-up, interim and final meetings for projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget and on-strategy delivery.
• Train new account team members and adhere to policies.
