The City of Nacogdoches seeks a Streets Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Streets Division, directing crews responsible for streets, sidewalks, drainage, parking lots and rights-of-way.

You will supervise, schedule, evaluate and train staff, manage work orders, track timelines and ensure safe, high-quality execution, with involvement in budgeting and equipment purchasing.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED with street maintenance training.
• 4 years street maintenance experience; 2+ years in lead/supervisory role.
• Valid Texas Driver's license; Class B CDL or able to obtain within 6 months (Class A preferred).

In this role, you will direct crews in constructing, repairing and maintaining city streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, parking lots and rights-of-way.
