Job summary

City of Nacogdoches is seeking a qualified Streets Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in the Streets Division, directing crews in constructing, repairing and maintaining city streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, parking lots and rights-of-way.

The role requires planning, organizing, supervising staff, managing work orders and timelines, and ensuring high-quality, safe execution while contributing to division budget monitoring and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with specialized street maintenance training.
• Four years street maintenance experience, including two years in lead/supervisory role.
• Valid Texas Driver's license and Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 6 months; Class A preferred).
