Job summary

The City of Nacogdoches is seeking a Streets Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Streets Division. You will direct crews in constructing, repairing and maintaining city streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, parking lots and rights-of-way, ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, scheduling work, tracking timelines and managing work orders, with involvement in budgeting and equipment purchases to support reliable city maintenance services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED plus specialized street maintenance training.
• Four years of street maintenance experience with two years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Valid Texas Driver's license and CDL (Class B or higher, Class A preferred).

Now Hiring: Streets Supervisor The City of Nacogdoches is seeking a qualified and experienced Streets Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and personnel in the Streets Division. In this role, you will direct crews in constructing, repairing and maintaining city streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, parking lots and rights-of-way.
