Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a Stormwater, Municipal & Utilities Engineering Project Manager for Public Works in Tampa, FL. You will deliver a broad range of water, drainage, and wastewater infrastructure projects and lead design and permitting efforts.

The role requires a PE in Florida, 5+ years of public works experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Civil 3D and CDD experience are a plus in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered PE in FL is required.
• 5+ years of experience in public works/municipal engineering with water, sewer, and drainage projects; wastewater treatment design is a plus.
• CDD experience would be a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of a wide range of municipal public infrastructure projects including water, stormwater, wastewater, and drainage systems.
• Plan and design water and wastewater systems including modeling, pipeline, lift stations and treatment facilities.
• Design and analysis of drainage and stormwater systems.
• Independently perform engineering assignments for municipal, residential and commercial developments including regulatory permitting.
