Cumming Group in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Project Manager to act as Owner's Representative on capital improvement projects for a public works client. You will manage budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating with project leadership and regulatory agencies to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of six years in PM/engineering/construction management, including three years on public works projects, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• At least three (3) years independently managing public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client's goals to the team.
• Develop and communicate action plans for the project.
