Cumming Group in Manhattan Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead CIP/public works initiatives for a local municipality. You will coordinate schedule, scope, and cost, acting as Owner's Representative with the city, design professionals, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in PM for construction; CIP and public works experience; and strong leadership to drive permits, budgets, and project closeout while upholding client standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of project management experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience with CIP and public works projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Act as Owner's Representative and liaison with city, design team, contractors, and agencies.
• Prepare PM plans and fee budgets at project outset and drive permitting.
• Coordinate with IOR, Fire Marshals, and regulators to facilitate inspections and project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with client design standards and proper record-keeping.
