Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• Licensed PE in New Mexico required.
• 5–10 years of civil engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Ability to lead PM activities for public works/roadway projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop design schematics, construction plans, specs and estimates.
• Coordinate with EITs, designers and drafters.
• Review shop drawings, perform field observations, and support construction administration.
