Qualifikationen

• Certification GIS and Geospatial Sciences is required or preferred.
• Engineering, Environmental, Engineering Technology, Public Administration degree or related field.
• Includes 5 years of increasingly responsible, job-related experience and on-the-job training.

Aufgaben

• Track, monitor and report on PLAT development progress in the County and ETJ.
• Assist Floodplain Administrator.
• Track, monitor and report on septic system installations in the County and ETJ.
• Track, monitor and report on potable water systems being constructed in the County and ETJ.
• Maintain Midland County Subdivision Regulations (MCSR).
• Understand and apply MCSR to City of Midland ETJ.
• Review PLATs per MCSR and communicate with developers.
• Ensure 911 is issuing county road names and addresses appropriately.
• Monitor septic permit applications by City of Midland Health Department.
• Monitor developers' progress on private development of PLAT and private road construction in the County.
