Job summary

CFS is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Issaquah, WA to manage public sector procurements from solicitation through closeout. You will work with OpenGov, JD Edwards (Oracle), and Esker to support ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, and related contracts.

This onsite role offers a visible position with a focus on procurement activities, collaboration with a mature team, and a DOE-driven salary range of $93,600 to $114,400 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with public sector or public works procurement.
• Strong knowledge of ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, contracts, amendments, and procurement closeouts.
• Experience managing procurement solicitations from development through award.
• Experience with OpenGov, JD Edwards (Oracle), and Esker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage public works procurements including ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, and quote solicitations
• Coordinate contract development, amendments, renewals, and closeout activities
• Administer solicitation processes and documentation using OpenGov
• Support purchase order creation and maintenance within JD Edwards (Oracle)
• Assist with invoice processing and procurement documentation through Esker
• Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable policies and regulations
