Dallas City Hall is seeking a Maintenance Worker II to perform a range of street, facility, and grounds maintenance tasks across city properties. You will operate equipment, lay concrete, install piping, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in cleaning drainage systems and public areas.

The role requires two years of maintenance experience, a Texas Driver's License, and may require a CDL P. You will work on-site, follow safety procedures, and support a variety of construction and custodial

Qualificações

• Two years of maintenance or labor experience.
• Texas Driver's License with clean driving history.
• CDL P required during tenure; hours verification may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Set forms, mix and pour concrete, lay asphalt, and crack seal for sidewalks and streets.
• Lay pipes for storm drains and water mains.
• Load and unload tools and materials for repairs.
• Flag traffic and set up safety devices.
• Dug trenches and perform cleanup of debris.
• Operate equipment like jackhammers and power tools safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and track equipment inventory.
• Maintain lawns and facility grounds, landscaping tasks.
