Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience in building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Material planning: select tools, estimate materials, and prepare rough task plans.
• Construction tasks: measure, cut, place, and finish materials for structures.
• Concrete work: order, mix, and pour concrete for various needs.
• Tool usage: operate hand tools and report missing or damaged equipment.
• Safety practices: conduct visual inspections and document findings.
• Incident response: report accidents and seek medical attention when needed.
