City of Casa Grande is seeking an equipment operator for the Public Works Department to operate a range of heavy machinery including asphalt rollers, dump trucks, and street sweepers. You will maintain streets, rights-of-way, and drainage, ensuring safe and efficient operations under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of driving/equipment experience and holds a valid Arizona CDL Class A with tanker endorsement.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years' experience driving trucks and operating equipment.
• Valid Arizona CDL Class A with tanker endorsement.
• Special technical certifications may be required for some assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on city streets and equipment.
• Load, haul, and unload materials and debris for assigned projects.
• Assist in emergency and storm-related activities.
