Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3 years operating light/medium construction equipment, or 2 years mechanical work.
• Must be available for off-hour emergencies and respond within 30 minutes.
• CDL Class A/B with Air Brakes required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain city streets and facilities using heavy equipment.
• Perform grounds maintenance, mowing, trimming, and site cleanup.
• Snow removal, street sweeping, and water/sewer system support.
• Assist with water meters, signs, and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
