Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or similar software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work with staff and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing basic plan details, drawings, and calculations under guidance.
• Supports development of technical specifications and project documentation.
• Drafts sections of technical reports or memorandums with team direction.
• Participates in field visits to observe tests, take measurements, and collect data.
• Provides general support to project teams, including proposal materials as needed.
• Utilizes company software to complete assignments.
