Job summary

• Ability to apply math including algebra, geometry and trig.
• CAD drafting and map/plan preparation.
• Familiarity with municipal codes and public infrastructure regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plans, specs and contract documents for capital projects.
• Review and check building permits and site plans for code conformance.
• Update digitized maps and utility databases; maintain records.
• Process permits (encroachment, overload) and coordinate plan submittals.
• Conduct field inspections and collect design and topography data.
